Action to recover for failure to furnish statutory statement to mortgagor of personalty on foreclosure. Judgment for costs against plaintiff.

Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. John F. Haas, Judge, presiding. Heard in the second division of this court for the first district at the October term, 1927.
