WRIT GRANTED IN PART WITH ORDER; WRIT DENIED IN PART. The trial court's October 30, 2017 judgment releasing the medical records of defendant, Steven Sibley, from the Ochsner Medical Center dated April 3, 2015 is modified to limit the release of Steven Sibley's medical records to blood alcohol level tests or other tests for the presence of drugs. See La. Code Evid. art. 510(B)(2)(i). The writ is denied in all other respects.
