After we granted a first extension, the clerk's record was due to be filed in this court on July 15, 2020. After the due date, the Kendall County District Clerk filed a notification of late record and requested an extension of time to file the record.

The request is GRANTED. The clerk's record is due on August 14, 2020. See TEX. R. APP. P. 35.3(c).
