REVISED OPINION


Upon consideration of appellant's motion for rehearing, we withdraw the opinion dated February 22, 1995, and substitute the following:

Marcia J. Smith appeals an interim order distributing funds from marital bank accounts to the parties during the pendency of the parties' matrimonial action. After careful consideration of the contentions of the parties, we find no abuse of discretion.

Affirmed.
