Petition for leave to appeal denied.

In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its order in Smith v. Silver Cross Hospital, case No. 1-98-3968 (December 24, 1998), denying defendant's petition for leave to appeal pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 306(a)(2). The appellate court is directed to grant defendant's application for leave to appeal and to address the appeal on the merits.
