Judgment and orders affirmed, with costs. All concur, except McCurn, J., not voting. (The judgment is for plaintiff Smith in an action under fire insurance policies. The order entered November 4, 1942, denies defendants' motion for a new trial; the order entered November 27, 1942, strikes out costs awarded defendants in a judgment in their favor against plaintiff County of Oswego.)
