So much of the judgment (on complaints for modification dated July 22, 1999, and May 31, 2001) dated December 31, 2001, as relates to child support payments of private school tuition and expenses is vacated. In all other respect the judgment is affirmed. The matter is remanded for further proceedings consistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court.
