This case is calendared for trial at the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Trial Session of the Court scheduled to begin on October 31, 2022. On September 30, 2022, respondent filed a motion for continuance of trial. Respondent states in the motion, among other things, that respondent was unable to contact petitioner to find out petitioner's view regarding the motion. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that on or before October 14, 2022, petitioner shall file a response to respondent's motion for continuance of trial. If petitioner fails to file a response as directed, the Court will grant respondent's motion.
