ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

Upon due consideration of returned mail received January 27, 2023, and respondent's Status Report, filed June 14, 2023, and it appearing that petitioner has not kept the Court informed of petitioner's current mailing address, as required by the Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 10, 2023, petitioner shall file with the Court a Notice of Change of Address. A form that petitioner may use for that purpose can be found on the Court's website, www.ustaxcourt.gov, by clicking on "Case Related Forms" which may be found under the heading of "eFiling & Case Maintenance". It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve this Order on petitioner at petitioner's address set forth in Respondent's above-referenced Status Report. It is further

ORDERED that, along with this Order, the Clerk of the Court shall serve on petitioner a copy of the Court's Order issued November 10, 2022.
