Opinion

No. 74-601.

February 14, 1975.

Petition for review from the Canaveral Port Authority.

Charles Holcomb of Law Offices of Meadows Holcomb Mosley, Cocoa, for petitioner.

Edward M. Jackson, Cocoa, for respondent.

Upon a review of the briefs and record in this cause we are of the opinion that certiorari does not lie from the action sought to be reviewed. Accordingly, certiorari is denied without prejudice to the petitioner seeking such other relief in the trial court as may be deemed appropriate.

Certiorari denied.
