Order granting plaintiff's motion to examine defendants before trial and requiring them to produce books and records, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, the examination to proceed on five days' notice. No opinion. Close, P.J., Carswell, Johnston, Taylor and Lewis, JJ., concur.
