In the Interest of: S.L.T., Appellant, v. JUVENILE OFFICER, Respondent.

Michael K. Hill, Kansas City, for Appellant. Robert J. Seek, Eldon, for Respondent.

Michael K. Hill, Kansas City, for Appellant.

Robert J. Seek, Eldon, for Respondent.

BEFORE DIVISION ONE: ANTHONY REX GABBERT, PRESIDING JUDGE, LISA WHITE HARDWICK, JUDGE, AND MARK D. PFEIFFER, JUDGE

ORDER

Per Curiam

S.L.T. appeals from the juvenile court's judgment committing him to the custody of the Division of Youth Services based on a finding of delinquency for second-degree rape and second-degree sodomy. He contends the juvenile court erred in overruling his motion for a jury trial. For reasons explained in a Memorandum provided to the parties, we find no error and affirm the judgment.

AFFIRMED. Rule 84.16(b)
