ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, only to the extent that the decision and order of Supreme Court dated February 1, 2024 is stayed pending determination of the appeal. This motion is granted without prejudice to a motion to vacate the stay if the appeal is not perfected on or before April 29, 2024.
