On June 30, 2023, docket entry 26, the parties filed with the Court a Joint Status Report which indicates that respondent is still reviewing the documentation provided by petitioners' counsel. The parties believe this case is susceptible to settlement upon a complete review of the available documentation; however, additional time is needed for review of the new documentation.
After due consideration, it is
ORDERED that, on or before September 5, 2023, the parties shall submit a Proposed Stipulated Decision document or file Joint Status Reports with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
