ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

By Order issued March 13, 2023, so much of this case relating to Christina Julia Schneider was dismissed for lack of jurisdiction on the grounds that she had failed to file a Ratification of Petition, as previously directed by the Court. On April 16, 2023, Christina Julia Schneider filed a Ratification of Petition.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, the Order issued March 13, 2023, is vacated and set aside, and the caption of this case is restored to its previous caption of "Branislav Lazarov Slantchev and Christina Julia Schneider, Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent".
