These cases are calendared for trial at the Court's December 4, 2023, remote Trial Session.

On July 18, 2019, the Court entered an Order granting petitioners' Motion for Consolidation of the following cases: Docket Nos. 4387-19, Bradford Skytta & Susan Skytta, docket entry 6; and 4397-19, Terry Johnson, docket entry 6.

On October 2, 2023, the petitioners filed a Motion for Continuance of Trial for these consolidated cases at Docket Nos. 4387-19, Bradford Skytta & Susan Skytta, docket entry 50; and 4397-19, Terry Johnson, docket entry 49. Petitioners' Motion indicates that Respondent does not object to the granting of this Motion.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction of these cases is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion for Continuance of Trial, filed October 2, 2023, at Docket Nos. 4387-19, docket entry 50; and 4397-19, docket entry 49, is granted in that these cases are stricken for trial from the December 4, 2023, remote Trial Session, and these cases are continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 29, 2023, the parties shall submit Proposed Stipulated Decision documents or file a Joint Status Report (or, if that is not possible, then separate reports) with the Court as to the then-present status of these cases.
