It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of permitting plaintiff-respondent leave to file a supplemental Record on Appeal, to include the documents filed under NYSCEF Doc. Nos. 56-79, said supplemental Record to be filed in accordance with the schedule for the January 2024 Term of this Court, to which the appeal is hereby adjourned.
