ROSS CHARLES SKOCILICH, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

This case was heard during the Court's February 12, 2024, Seattle, Washington trial session and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.
On April 10, 2024, the Commissioner filed a status report detailing the parties' communications. Ultimately, the Commissioner requested that the Court grant his pending motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution.
The Court held a conference call on May 2, 2024, to discuss how the parties want to move forward with this case. In light of the discussion, it is
ORDERED that, on or before June 3, 2024, the Commissioner shall file a status report apprising the Court of the progress made, if any, towards a resolution in this case. We like to remind petitioner Ross Charles Skocilich that if there is a lack of communication throughout this process, it may result in the Court granting the motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution. It is further
ORDERED that the parties no longer need file recurring status reports as previously directed by the Court's Order served February 15, 2024. It is further
ORDERED that, in addition to regular service on the parties, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on Mr. Skocilich at his mailing address of record.
We note that Mr. Skocilich has elected electronic service. It appears, however, that documents being served to his email address of record have been undeliverable since April 10, 2024. Mr. Skocilich is reminded that under Rule 21(c) of the Tax Cour Rules of Practice and Procedure, if his email address has changed, he must promptly notify the Court by filing a notice of change of address (or by emailing dawson.support@ustaxcourt.gov for further guidance).
