Ronald L. Buch, Judge.

Two motions are pending before the Court, a Motion for Summary Judgment filed May 12, 2023, and a Motion to Dismiss on Ground of Mootness filed May 22, 2023. This case was called on June 5, 2023, and the parties were heard on the pending motions. They requested additional time to consider the issues presented by the motions and to potentially resolve this case. On July 27, 2023, the Commissioner filed a Status Report requesting additional time to either resolve this case or to request a briefing schedule on the issue of mootness. To keep the Court informed of the status of this case, it is

ORDERED that the parties shall file a Proposed Stipulated Decision or file a Joint Status Report by September 29, 2023. In lieu of a joint status report, either party may file a status report stating that the other party has reviewed and agreed to the content of the report.
