The motion to withdraw as appellate counsel is granted and Sanford Rockowitz, Esquire is withdrawn as counsel for appellant and relieved from any further responsibility in this cause.

This appeal from the Circuit Court for Dade County, Florida is hereby dismissed for failure to prosecute. Jimenez v. Dep't of Health & Rehab. Servs., 669 So.2d 340 (Fla. 3d DCA 1996).
