ORDER

On February 22, 2023, this case was called from the Mobile, AL trial session of the Court. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner and counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. There was no appearance by or on behalf of Intervenor. At the conclusion of trial, the undersigned retained jurisdiction of this case and ordered the parties to file a proposed stipulated decision or status report by March 24, 2023. On March 23, 2023, respondent filed a status report stating therein that the parties reached a basis for settlement.

On April 28, 2023, respondent filed a motion for entry of decision and attached thereto a proposed decision document. In the motion, respondent avers that the parties reached a settlement, and that respondent's proposed decision was signed by petitioner's counsel. Furthermore, respondent sent Intervenor the decision document on February 1, 2023, and again on February 28, 2023. However, to date, respondent has not received a signed copy of the decision document from Intervenor.

Given due consideration, it is

ORDERED that on or before May 26, 2023, Intervenor, Herbert G. Sistrunk, shall file a written notice setting forth any objection to respondent motion for entry of decision, filed April 28, 2023.
