On May 19, 2023, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision and settlement stipulation. Upon the Court's review, it appears that there was a typographical error on the proposed stipulated decision. The parties subsequently filed another proposed stipulated decision and settlement stipulation correcting the deficiency amount due in the proposed stipulated decision. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the proposed stipulated decision filed May 19, 2023, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record. It is further

ORDERED that the settlement stipulation filed May 19, 2023, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record as duplicative.
