ORDER

Per Curiam:

Mr. Sylvester Roy Sisco II (Sisco II) appeals a Jackson County Circuit Court judgment denying his Rule 29.15 amended motion for post-conviction relief after an evidentiary hearing. Mr. Sisco II asserts that the motion court committed clear error in denying the Rule 29.15 amended motion. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed in accordance with Rule 84.16(b).
