On September 7, 2023, petitioner Sirius Solutions, L.L.L.P., Sirius Solutions GP, L.L.C., Tax Matters Partner (Sirius Solutions) filed a motion for summary judgment. We will direct the Commissioner to file his response and Sirius Solutions to file a reply to the response. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before October 6, 2023, the Commissioner shall file a response to Sirius Solutions' motion for summary judgment. It is further
