It is ORDERED that the petition for certification is granted, limited to petitioner's challenge to the propriety of the remand ordered by the Superior Court, Appellate Division, for reconsideration of the valuation of Koger Distributed Solutions, Inc., and Koger Professional Services, Inc. Certification is denied as to all other issues.
