Sep 12, 1985
474 So. 2d 386 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1985)

Opinion

No. 83-1076.

August 13, 1985. Rehearing and Certification Denied September 12, 1985.

Appeal from the Circuit Court, for Palm Beach County; Marvin C. Mounts, Jr., Judge.

Richard L. Jorandby, Public Defender, Craig S. Barnard, Chief Asst. Public Defender, and Michael A. Mello, Asst. Public Defender, West Palm Beach, for appellant.

Jim Smith, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and Lee Rosenthal, Asst. Atty. Gen., West Palm Beach, for appellee.

Appellant seeks reversal of his conviction of second degree murder and sentence to life imprisonment.

Three appellate points have been presented and we have carefully considered each, but are unable to find a demonstration of any reversible error.

Accordingly, we affirm the judgment and sentence appealed from.

DOWNEY and LETTS, JJ., and LEONARD RIVKIND, Associate Judge, concur.
