MEMORANDUM OPINION


By notice dated August 28, 2003, appellant was instructed to remit the required $125 filing fee for this appeal, within ten days. Appellant was informed that failure to remit the fee would result in the dismissal of this appeal, without further notice from the Court. Additionally, by letter dated August 29, 2003, appellant was instructed to file an amended notice of appeal, with an attached certified copy of the judgment on appeal. Appellant was warned that failure to respond would result in the dismissal of this appeal, without further notice. Appellant has not remitted the filing fee and has not amended her notice of appeal.

Accordingly, on the Court's own motion, this appeal is DISMISSED for want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.3(b), (c).
