HIGHWAYS AND STREETS, § 587 — when court properly directed verdict for city in personal injury action. In action against city to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained when plaintiff, a woman, stumbled over step in sidewalk, trial court properly directed verdict for city at close of plaintiff's evidence where there was no evidence to show that city had failed in its duty to keep sidewalk in repair.
