MEMORANDUM OPINION

In our July 12, 2004 order, the Court granted appellant's third motion for an extension of time to file brief and ordered appellant's brief filed on or before July 30, 2004. We stated no further extensions would be granted. Appellant did not file her brief. In an August 11, 2004 letter, we informed appellant the time for filing a brief had passed. We instructed appellant to file her brief within ten days, accompanied by a proper motion to extend time to file brief. We informed appellant the appeal would be dismissed if she failed to respond. To date, appellant has failed to respond. Accordingly, we DISMISS this appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.3(b).
