Opinion

No. 74-1692.

July 29, 1975. Rehearing Denied September 11, 1975.

Appeal from the Circuit Court, Dade County, Major B. Harding, J.

Heller Kaplan, Miami, for appellant.

Jack D. Burris, Miami Beach, for appellee.

Before PEARSON, HENDRY and HAVERFIELD, JJ.

The defendant, Sally Simon, appeals a summary final judgment which enjoined her from proceeding with actions against her former husband, Charles Simon, in the courts of the State of Pennsylvania. The trial judge correctly determined that under the facts before him upon the pleadings and affidavits submitted and the law of the case as established in Simon v. Simon, Fla.App. 1974, 293 So.2d 780, the plaintiff was entitled to the injunction sought.

Affirmed.
