ORDER DENYING RENEWED MOTION TO APPOINT COUNSEL
This case is before the Court on Plaintiff's renewed Motion to Appoint Counsel (Doc. No. 37). In response to that Motion, the Court directed Plaintiff to notify the Court within ten days whether he wished to have the case referred to the Volunteer Lawyers Project for screening (Doc. No. 39). No response has been received and the time has expired, even considering Plaintiff's change(s) of address.
Accordingly the renewed Motion to Appoint Counsel is denied.
