An appeal having been taken to this Court by defendant-appellant Bernard Lewis from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County entered on or about January 22, 2019 (Case No. 2019-00653, Cal. No. 2019-1116), and the appeal having been perfected, And defendant-appellant having moved to vacate the order of a Justice of this Court, dated February 24, 2020, to disqualify plaintiff's counsel and for sanctions, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
