Action for a temporary order restraining the named defendant et al. from awarding contracts to widen a state highway abutting certain of the plaintiff's real property, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford, where the court, Ripley, J., granted the motion to dismiss filed by the named defendant et al. and rendered judgment dismissing the action, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
