Joseph James Silvestri, Jr. & Dina Rose Silvestri Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

On December 10, 2021, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision for the Court's consideration. However, the Court notes that the caption of the proposed decision does not match the caption of this case: Mr. Silvestri's suffix has been omitted from the caption of the proposed decision. Additionally, the Court notes that the record in the above-docketed matter currently does not include a complete copy of the notice of deficiency upon which this case is based.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' proposed stipulated decision, filed December 10, 2021, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 14, 2022, the parties shall file a revised proposed stipulated decision. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 14, 2022, respondent shall file a report and shall attach thereto a complete copy of the notice of deficiency upon which this case is based.
