FREDERICK OMOYUMA SILVER, Appellant, v. CANDICE KATIE TOWNER, Respondent.

UNPUBLISHED OPINION

ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal from a district court order regarding child support. Eighth Judicial District Court, Family Court Division, Clark County; T. Arthur Ritchie, Jr., Judge.

On February 15, 2023, this court entered an order granting appellant's untimely pro se motion for an extension of time to file the opening brief. This court granted appellant until March 8, 2023, to file and serve either an opening brief in compliance with NRAP 28 and 32, or an informal brief for pro se parties on the form provided by the clerk of this court. Appellant did not comply. Accordingly, on March 28, 2023, this court entered an order directing appellant of file and serve, by April 11, 2023, either an opening brief in compliance with NRAP 28 and 32, or an informal brief for pro se parties on the form provided by the clerk of this court. The order cautioned that failure to timely comply could result in the imposition of sanctions, including the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has failed to file the opening brief or informal brief, or otherwise communicate with this court. Accordingly, it appears that appellant has abandoned this appeal, and this court

ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.

Cadish, J., Pickering, J., Bell, J.

Hon. T. Arthur Ritchie, Jr., District Judge
