Order denying defendants' motion to open the default in pleading on the ground of laches and that it did not appear that the defendants had a meritorious defense affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Young, Hagarty, Carswell, Scudder and Davis, JJ., concur.
