This case is calendared for trial at the New York, New York Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on October 23, 2023.
On August 11, 2023, Respondent filed with the Court 1) a Motion for Summary Judgment, 2) a Declaration of Lisa P. Lafferty in Support of Motion Judgment, and 3) a Declaration of Shawn D. Simmonds in Support of Motion Judgment. The Court shall order a response to the Motion for Summary Judgment from Petitioner.
Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that, on or before September 21, 2023, Petitioner shall file with the Court a response to Respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment, filed on August 11, 2023.
