AFTER REMAND FROM SUPREME COURT


The prior judgment of this court has been reversed and annulled by the Supreme Court of Alabama, and the case remanded for further proceedings. On remand to this court, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed on authority of the supreme court's opinion of July 16, 1993, 627 So.2d 927.

AFFIRMED.
