MEMORANDUM OPINION
The Court GRANTS the parties' joint motion to set aside judgment and remand. Accordingly, the Court SETS ASIDE the trial court's judgment without regard to the merits and REMANDS the case to the trial court for dismissal with prejudice in accordance with the agreement of the parties. Tex.R.App.P. 42.1(2)(B).
