Appellants having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a reply brief on the appeals taken herein from a judgment and an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Niagara on April 17, 2012, and June 6, 2012,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Joshua P. Rubin, Esq., dated July 16, 2013, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered June 4, 2013, is hereby amended by deleting the date July 22, 2013, and inserting in its place the date August 13, 2013.
