Action to recover damages for personal injuries. Order denying, without prejudice to a renewal, plaintiff's motion to examine defendants before trial affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Hagarty, Johnston, Adel and Close, JJ., concur.
