This case is calendared for trial on the Court's December 13, 2021, Jacksonville, Florida remote trial session. On August 26, 2021, the parties filed a joint motion for continuance and asks that the Court restore this case to the general docket. The motion also states that this case was recently sent to respondent's Appeals Office and that more time is needed to review the case.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the parties' joint motion for continuance is granted and this case is stricken from the December 13, 2021, Jacksonville, Florida remote trial session and is continued generally.
