A partial clerk's record requested by appellee/cross-appellant has been filed. The clerk's record requested by appellant/cross-appellee has not been filed and is past due. By letter filed September 30, 2021, the Dallas County Clerk's Office notified the Court that it would file the clerk's record once appellant pays the $2, 221 fee for the record. Accordingly, we ORDER appellant to file, by October 21, 2021, written verification that she has paid the fee for the clerk's record. We caution appellant that failure to comply within the time specified, may result in dismissal of her appeal without further notice. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b).
