ORDER

EDMUND SARGUS JR., District Judge

The Court orders the following:

1) Because of the unavailability of a Party-Defendant, the preliminary injunction hearing currently set in this matter for Monday, January 24, 2011 is rescheduled to Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at 9 a.m.

2) A mediation before Magistrate Judge Kemp is set for Friday, January 14, 2011 at 9 a.m.

3) A telephone status conference in this matter is set for Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at 10 a.m. The Parties should use the same conference bridge information as used in previous calls.
