ORDER

EDMUND SARGUS JR., District Judge

Following today's telephone status conference, the Court orders the following:

1) The parties may file objections to intervening Defendant the Fraternal Order of Police's Motion to Intervene (Doc. 59) by December 14, 2010. The Fraternal Order of Police may respond to any Objections by December 21, 2010.

2) The Fraternal Order of Police shall notify the Court by December 14, 2010 if it plans to designate an expert witness.

3) Plaintiffs may supplement their witness list with the additional witnesses discussed during today's status conference by December 14, 2010.

4) A telephone status conference in this matter is set for Tuesday, December 21, 2010 at 10 a.m. Chambers will initiate the call.
