ORDER

EDMUND SARGUS JR., District Judge

Following today's telephone status conference, the Court orders the following:

1) The Parties have agreed that Defendants may designate an additional expert, bringing their total to four expert witnesses. Additionally, interested party the United States of America may designate an additional expert by Friday, November 26, 2010. The schedule for submission of expert reports and depositions of experts established by Paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Court's Order of November 10, 2010 (Doc. 48) shall remain in effect. As discussed during today's telephone conference, the Parties may utilize court-provided video-conferencing facilities to conduct depositions.

2) The Parties shall disclose the names of non-expert witnesses and planned exhibits by December 7, 2010.

3) A telephone status conference in this matter is set for Tuesday, December 7, 2010 at 9 a.m. Chambers will initiate the call.
