Appeal from Superior Court, City and County of San Francisco; Franklin A. Griffin, Judge.

Action by Ruth Ann Showalter, administratrix of the estate of Joseph W. Showalter, deceased, against the Western Pacific Railroad Company to recover damages for death of the deceased. From judgment for the plaintiff, and from order denying defendant’s motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, defendant appeals.

Reversed, with directions.
