MODIFICATION OF OPINION

BY THE COURT:

The opinion herein, appearing at 42 Cal.4th 201, is modified as follows:

The first sentence of the first paragraph on page 208 is modified to read: In 1998, there was another amendment to section 340.1, acknowledging the liability of a "person or entity" whose negligent or intentional acts were a "legal cause" of a childs sexual abuse.

The modification does not affect the judgment.
