ORDER
The reporter's record in this appeal has not been filed despite court reporter Janet E. Wright being ordered to file it by June 15, 2020. Accordingly, we ORDER Ms. Wright to file the reporter's record of the trial court proceedings no later than July 8, 2020. As the record was first due January 14, 2020, we caution Ms. Wright that failure to comply may result in the Court taking such action as is necessary to ensure compliance, including ordering that she not sit as a reporter until the record is filed.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to the Honorable Sally Montgomery, Presiding Judge of County Court at Law No. 3; Ms. Wright; and, the parties.
