MEMORANDUM OPINION


By letter dated February 15, 2011, the Court directed appellants to pay the $175 filing fee for the appeal within ten days. We warned the failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(c). To date, appellants have neither paid the filing fee nor otherwise communicated with the Court regarding the appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal.
